Facility Operations:

To instill confidence and trust in our customers by using all available resources and preventive measures, keeping current with industry standards and preparing for future growth to provide safe, reliable, uninterrupted water service in a professional manner.

Water Resources: 

For the benefit of people and the environment and with vision, leadership and competence, we commit to provide:

·         Protection of public health by providing safe, clean drinking water

·         Excellent customer service

·         Education and public awareness, and

·         Promotion of conservation and involvement in stewardship of a limited, essential natural resource.

 

Engineering:

To provide professional leadership for the planning, design and construction of a reliable, effective water supply and delivery system in accordance with regulatory requirements and in partnership with local agencies.

Finance:              

To provide accurate, timely and meaningful financial information in support of fiscally responsible decisions.

Customer Service:  

To provide accurate and equitable records for the public and to respectfully inform and educate them regarding metered water use, rates and conservation opportunities, while following district guidelines.

Information Technology:

To provide professional, accurate and friendly customer service while providing the District with a technology vision for the future.

Human Resources:

To provide quality service, information and expertise in all personnel operations with integrity, responsiveness and sensitivity to the employees of Covington Water District and our customers.

Management Team:

 To provide leadership that models and expects professional, accurate, ethical and courteous service to employees and customers, and that encourages continuous improvement of both the individual and the organization.
